The promise the same carer each visit!
- We work hard to ensure that each individual client receives a dedicated friendly carer, someone they can trust and depend upon. We know how important it is to our clients, that they regularly see and engage with the same carer each visit. Sometimes larger organisations can not commit to this!
- We like to offer our clients the service we would want ourselves and we believe it's little to ask, to receive regular carers on a permanent basis throughout the care contract. We aim to address this!

We keep our rates affordable and fair!
We aim to provide the very best of care and support services for the fairest prices. Understanding each client, their needs and current circumstances, allows us to set honest and personable rates.
- Our overheads are much lower than the bigger companies, so we can reassuringly pass on the savings to you!
- We could be up to 30% cheaper than some care service providers in your area*
*Based on market research of care service fees charged by Care providers in the local Maidstone area in August 2025. We regularly check our rates, compared to Private Care and Support providers based on standard Personal Care provision on a set contract.

Your Trust and Our Reliability
- Judging from experience and in our opinion, some care providers aim to 'squeeze' as many calls into the day as possible. Sometimes that means giving carers unrealistic travel times from one call to another - meaning they're late!
- Oast House Personal Support aims to 'buck the trend' and we allocate more realistic travel times and so you gain improved reliability -
- Your trust in what we do and the service we provide, starts from the time we arrive and until the allocated time we leave. If you ask for a 30 minute call, then we stay for the full 30 minutes, not 20 minutes! You can trust in our dedication to providing a high quality service to all,

Quality & Qualified Care
- Everything we do centres on providing services of the highest quality. We're proud members of ,The Care Professional Organisation, acknowledged by the Department of Health & Social Care.
- You'll find us in the **'Small Good Stuff' directory, which is used by Kent County Council (KCC) Adult Social Care when recommending care services
- For your reassurance, we ensure that our services are fully compliant and that we are trained and certified in the administration of Adult Care and Support Services and in Food Hygiene and Safety
- We are 'DBS* Enhanced' checked by Law

No hefty Admin charges!
- At Oast House Personal Support, we won't charge you hefty administration fees for cancelling services at short notice. Our charges are 'friendly' and much more acceptable.
- Admitted to hospital? DON'T PANIC, We will only charge a small percentage of your call fees for short periods. And, If your stay is for a longer period.... ...
- We will automatically stop charges after 21 days of hosoital admission. ...
- Not all Care Companies are the same! Some other Care companies charge fully for missed calls and hospital/care home admission, up to the end of your contract - We will never do this!
