The same carer each visit!
- We work hard to ensure that each individual client receives a dedicated friendly carer, someone they can trust and depend upon. We know how important it is to our clients, that they regularly see and engage with the same carer each visit. Sometimes larger organisations can not commit to this!
- We were genuinely surprised how many individuals we asked, who responded that they dont see a regular carer with their current care company.

- Oast House Personal Support aims to 'buck the trend' and allocate more realistic travel times and so you gain improved reliability - Our local knowledge of traffic hotspots and distances, allows us to pre-consider and offer our clients more genuine time allocations

- For your reassurance, we ensure that our services are fully compliant and that we are trained and certified in the administration of Adult Care and Support Services and in Food Hygiene and Safety

- At Oast House Personal Support, we won't charge you hefty administration fees for cancelling services at short notice. Our charges are 'friendly' and much more acceptable.
- We NEVER charge after the first 24 hours, if you have to go into hospital.

- Understandably, welcoming a new carer into your home can be a little daunting but we're here to work with you and reassure you all the way. We love to have a laugh, there's nothing better than to see a smile on someone's face. And of course, a cuppa and a quick chat if that's what you want. We care, here to support you and stand by your side, though even the toughest of days - We all have them!
