Can I arrange Domestic help for twice a week?

Of course, we can arrange to visit Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm depending upon our availability. You can choose a period of time that suits you, e.g. 30, 60 or 90 minutes.

We will discuss this with you at a friendly assessment call and make sure that we know your personal preferences. Remember, we always work with you at every step.

All that we ask, is that you should provide your own vacuum cleaner/ brushes and mops but we will provide the other cleaning materials as necessary.

My mother goes to hospital every week. Can you take her and bring her home?

Yes we can. We will have to carry out an assessment first, and this will be to check how your mother can manage and any additional needs she may have, and of course, whether she requires any walking aids and if we can carry them adequately.

We are able to drive within a 5 mile radius with any mileage or petrol charges included in the fee  If less than 90 minutes in total door to door return, we would wait at the hospital

We will ensure that your mother is escorted to the right clinic or hospital department and checked-in before we leave. If you want us to remain with your mother throughout, we can arrange this ofcourse!.

My wife has Dementia. She is finding it increasingly difficult to wash and dress herself in the mornings. Can you assist us?

Our Support services are tailored to the individual and person-centred. We will carry out an assessment at home and plan a suitable support package to assist your mother. We can arrange to visit upto 5 days per week. We could also make the bed and help with breakfast if she wishes. We can help provide co-ordinated services along with other carers or support agencies and work closely with family and medical practitioners as needs be.

Hello! I'm looking for someone to help prepare me breakfast and lunch during the week.

That's not a problem! Of course we can help. We can make breakfast calls from 7am if required upto 11am and our Lunch calls are from 12 noon, last call 3pm.

We can prepare fresh food and cook a hot or cold well balanced meal or breakfast from scratch - or for convenience sake, we can provide meal services that simply require microwave cooking,, e.g. 'Wiltshire Farm Foods'.

From Toast and Scrambled egg and a mug of tea to Cottage Pie and Seasonal Vegetables, we're here to help. Our rates are very reasonable too!

Please Note.  Our staff are fully compliant and trained and qualified in Food service, Food Safety and General Nutrition.

My brother needs his kitchen deep- cleaning.
Can you help him?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service. However, take a look in your free local trade magazines that come through the door or online and we're sure you'll find the right tradesman for the job.

What is your minimum Service Contract?

Our Minimum Contract is 12 weeks (3 months)
This is called our 'Introductory Agreement' which offers a 15% discount on specific services for the first 4 weeks. You then have a choice of a 3, 6 or 12 months contract, which can be changed with advance notice.
In some cases we offer 'Fixed Agreements' such as Shopping Services or Transportation, unless you request a regular service for 3 months or more.

My Sister needs a little companionship a few times a week, maybe a walk and a chat!

We specialise in Companionship Services and Day-Respite Services. Whether it's a quick call for half an hour each day or maybe a 2 hour call once a week, that's fine!

We shall call and meet up with your Sister or with a representative and make an assessment of her needs and requirements, e.g; Mobility
After which we shall call at agreed times and always the same carer each visit. This is so important for many individuals, especially in supporting a client with Dementia

We can simply sit and chat, play games, listen to music, go for a gentle walk or even arrange to go out for the day, like a visit to the seaside. All this can be arranged easily.
We love getting to know our clients and we provide a personal service tailored to their own requirements.
